Orders can be cancelled based on the order status from within the customers account which was used to place this order. This is a fully automated option which deals with the order cancellation and the refund which means there is no need to open a support ticket or speak with anyone to cancel and refund an order.

It is also possible to REFUND payment to your account at CUSTOM COMPUTERS & TECHNOLOGIES which will allow you to place a new order straight away avoiding the time it takes for payments to be credited by payment card companies and Banks.
